Drafting/Pace High School Teacher’s Computer Lab Procedures
To use computer, students must enrolled in the course.
No food or drinks is to be brought in the computer area at any time.
Disrupting the connection to the computer will result in lost assignments and could damage the computer network. Abuse to computer equipment may result in the student’s permanent removal from computer access.
User’s passwords shall not be given to anyone else other. A student found in a file other than their own, as well as the student whose file he/she was in, will lose their computer privilege.
Attempts to bypass the filter will not be tolerated. Any student found bypassing or attempting to bypass the filter will lose computer privileges.
Internet access is available to all students and is to be used for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
No student is allowed to download any games, pictures or non-educational materials.
Class must follow rules set out in the computer lab.
Students must never turn off the computer without exiting the software being used. Failure to exit properly will result in lost assignments.
All students need to log off at end of the class.
Every student must work at their assigned computer unless instructed to go elsewhere by the teacher.
Students must make sure room is picked up and chairs in proper place when leaving the lab.
